I got another thang going on...We call ourselves The Tennessee Quartet. We have played a couple of Johnny Cash Tribute shows at JV's Restaurant in Falls Church, VA, and are scheduled for more. It's a blast. Jed Duvall is the Man in Black, Geoff Burrell on drums, Rob Kilgore on Guitar and Vocals, Geff King on Bass and Vocals, and me, kod, on Guitar and Vocals. We do other favorites from Carl Perkins, Hank Williams, Kris Kristofferson, and others, and we might even pull out some Bob Dylan. My former bandmates and I, The Hard-Core Troubadours, played a reunion gig at JV's Restaurant in Falls Church, VA, and it was a great time. We played with another of Guitarist Andy Rutherfords bands called The Coolerators. Everyone was groovin' and smiling from ear to ear all evening. I haven't had that much fun playing since I don't know when. Keep checking back - I should have some photos up here on the website soon, and we are talking about doing it again. The Forever Valentines is a duo with Patrick Guerin. We do a lot of roots-rockin'-blues-roll but acoustically. We cover other artists such as The Drive By Truckers, Glen Phillips, Nick Lowe, and The Forever Valentines.
